3 bedrooms: 1 with a King sized bed downstairs and private bath, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a queen sized bed and 1 with two doubles. 2 ½ baths total.
Cathedral ceilings, central AC/heat, microwave, 2 satellite TVs with HBO, Blu Ray DVD, VCR, wireless internet access, phone, answering machine, free domestic long distance service, Playstation 3/DVD, toys/games, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Additional amenities include iron/ironing board, hair dryers, book libary and board games/puzzles.
The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower,screen porch, decks, fish cleaning bench, park style charcoal grill and docking.
Art-Sea offers a * HOT TUB which is available for a $100 FEE that is included in the accommodations grand total. Guests may contact Ocracoke Island Realty at the time of booking to decline this amenity. Your rental agreement will be adjusted accordingly.
No linens provided. Linens can be ordered thru Beach Outfitters, located at Ocracoke Island Realty. Advance rentals of linens, beach gear and bikes can be delivered to the cottage.
No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 2 vehicles.
Sunday check-in.
Allows partial week stays, 3 night minimum, which can be booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call Ocracoke Island Realty for reservation of partial week stays.
*2012 Hot Tub Dates: Hot Tub will Re-open on March 31, 2012.
